Logging in to the NSBHS Intranet From Home: Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are entering 'northsydbo-h\' before your username (without quotes)
- Make sure you are using your username correctly (not your DET username)
- For students: Numbers - eg 123456
- For staff: With a dot - eg a.staff
- Make sure you aren't entering the old domain name 'nsbhs\' before your username
- Make sure you're using a backslash '\' and not a forward-slash '/'
- Make sure your password is correct - the same one you use at school
(not DET)
- Check to see if any old cookies in your browser are automatically filling in out-of-date information,
and delete them
- Clear your cache (Temporary Internet Files)
